INTERN FOR THE SAN FRANCISCO FILM FESTIVAL

The SF Film Society is seeking creative and motivated interns to help produce the 2017 San Francisco International Film Festival (April 5-19). We have a range of opportunities for hard-working and energized individuals looking to get started in film or nonprofit work.

Gain experience at a leading Bay Area arts institution alongside a smart and dedicated staff. The Festival is a major civic event in San Francisco, with a lineup of nearly 200 films from around the world and a host of special events, parties, and international filmmaker guests.

    THE DETAILS

Internships run January through May and require a minimum time commitment of 2 days/week.

These opportunities are unpaid but offer free access to all of our programs, a year-round membership with the Film Society, and hands-on skill-building. We operate with a mentoring spirit, and we invest in the professional development of our interns.

Applications are open now through January 6, and full descriptions are online at http://www.sffs.org/about/internships.

We are accepting applications for interns in our Operations, Education, Membership, Marketing, Publicity, Partnerships, and Filmmaker360 departments. Students of all ages, backgrounds, and fields of study are encouraged to apply.
