To request a room, please first carefully read the room details (above), and check the room availability calendars (above) to find an appropriate available room for your event. Then if you are in the Rhetoric, Film & Media, or History of Art Department, please fill out this room request form.
Reservations for other university units, departments, or groups requires payment. If you are an outside entity and would like to reserve one of these rooms, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case of cancellation, please make sure to adjust the original reservation, so that others may use the room.
Event Setup & Cleanup
Event organizers are responsible for room setup and cleanup. It is your responsibility to ensure the room is clean after every event. All event organizers must return room to its original setup and dispose of any trash after each use. A cleaning charge may apply if room is not cleaned after any event.
