Fandor is looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to work with our marketing team. Are you passionate about discovering great independent, foreign, and classic films? Does your idea of binge watching involve a marathon of cult films from the 70s? Then this internship is perfect for you! This is a great opportunity for someone to learn more about promoting great cinema on various digital platforms and to get a first-hand account of film distribution on an SVOD platform.
This is a paid internship for 3 months in the summer.

Responsibilities
• Create daily postings for Fandor’s social media platforms
• Develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions
• Research films on Fandor service to call attention to lesser known or promoted films
• Create and test film promotion strategies on social media channels
• Become a Fandor “Power User”, watching and reviewing films
• Support marketing team as needed
Requirements
• Enrolled in a university program or recently graduated
• Available to work 2-3 days a week
• Ability to work in San Francisco Financial District
• Understanding of major social media platforms Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,
Pinterest
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
