    Color Grade Technician

    Interlock Media, based in East Cambridge, MA, is a non-profit film company that is dedicated to promoting solutions to environmental and human rights challenges. We support informed empowerment at the grassroots and policy level by producing educational, documentary and dramatic media works.

    We are seeking a Color Grade Technician to work closely with the director in critical color work on a slate of projects. Applicants should have some formal training / experience using color correction software such as DaVinci Resolve or SpeedGrade along with various control surfaces. Candidates should also be comfortable with the technical aspects of post-production equipment and be able to troubleshoot when necessary.

    You will receive Intensive critique on artistic and technical approaches to documentary color grading by the director.

    As in the past there will be potential opportunities for freelance.

    Applicant should possess the ability to work independently, remain flexible and take initiative.

    Hours: Part-time, minimum 16 hours per week.

    Compensation: None, but school credits can be arranged.
