Bio

Patrick Harrison is writing a dissertation on necropolitics in contemporary art. His writing has appeared in BOMBMillennium Film JournalArtforumN+1, and The New Inquiry. He has taught courses on futurism, documentary, media theory, and experimental film and media art, as well as curated film screenings at the Berkeley Art Museum Pacific Film Archive. He works with arthouse filmmakers on the development and production of their work. His credits include additional dialogue and script supervision of The Cry of Granuaile (2021) and script editing The Image You Missed (2018), both directed by Dónal Foreman. He holds a BA in Modern Culture & Media from Brown University.
