Damon Young, Associate Professor in French and Film and Media Studies, was recently interviewed by UC Berkeley Arts & Humanities writer-in-residence Lucille Lorenz for her weekly column “What is Humanities Research?” In the interview, Damon discusses the discipline of Film & Media Studies and why students should explore it as well working with AI as an object of critical analysis.
